Health, Wellness & Life Freedom 4

Health, Wellness & Life Freedom with Michelle K..

It’s been a while since I wrote an article for this fantastic publication, but it is with good reason. My online business has taken off and I am building such an amazing client base with the ongoing health and wellness boom in our midst. I’m finding more and more people wanting to take care of their health and wellbeing on a daily basis. It is the age of the workout regime and nutritional based diet. I am finding myself wanting to be better and better for my clients and a growing team of amazing entrepreneurs.

This week, I was given even more of a boost to grow my business.

and quit my full-time job as a few things happened that were quite upsetting. One thing was that my manager informed me that I was not good enough and that I was being monitored and this came as a bit of a shock as I have worked for 20 years in the same job and had always been praised for my hard work. It seems we had the worst case of personality clash on our hands! It’s very hard to be everyone’s cup of tea, but I don’t think it helps your self-esteem when people tell you you’re not good enough. To someone who was more vulnerable, this could have been very bad. It’s through my business and the personal development it promotes that I managed to walk away with my head held up high. Please know that we are all good enough, we are all amazing in our own way and we should be kind to others and encourage self-belief on every level. Life is too short to put others down and squash someone’s dreams. We are amazing and life is there for the taking. “Kindness is free! Sprinkle that stuff everywhere”

I think you will agree with me when I say it’s been incredibly hot recently and with this heat comes the lack of energy and total lack of wanting to do anything remotely healthy after work. I’m finding myself coming home and just wanting to nap. To fix this problem, I decided to give a thing called a fizz stick a try! You can get them in Blackberry, pomegranate or citrus. They are basically a small sachet of powder you mix with cold water to make an invigorating energy drink. Unlike the supermarket energy drinks that are full of sugar, it’s a plant-based formula including plant-based caffeine and it really works for me.

It’s a great cold alternative to hot coffee or sugary drinks and healthy too, packed with vitamins. If you would like to know more just send me an e-mail.
